Notes:

1. I used very little gas since I only ended up boiling a few cups of water - mainly for breakfast. Original calculations suggested that I would use the whole cylinder.

2. Hand Gel was also used for sterilising/cleaning blisters at night - it is very good for this.

3. All the main items are reasonably light but there is still room for improvement.

4. Weight can be saved by calculating how much of the various consumables you actually need. 5 days of rain meant that the Suntan cream was a dead weight. It also meant there were very few biting insects around and so the DEET was not really needed.
